Driving Enterprise Efficiency Through Service Rationalization

As part of broader efforts to modernize enterprise collaboration services, I led the rationalization of a legacy service in favor of more standardized enterprise tools already available within the Government of Canada environment.

The objective was to simplify the service landscape, reduce duplication, and improve alignment with broader digital direction while ensuring continuity for users through the transition.

This work generated significant ongoing savings and helped create a simpler, more coherent collaboration environment.

Why it matters

Efficiency is not only about reducing cost. It is also about simplifying the environment so that services are easier to support, easier to use, and better aligned with enterprise priorities.
