I’m a technology executive with a background in psychology and a career built in enterprise service delivery, operations, and transformation.

Most of my work has focused on helping large organizations modernize by aligning people, operations, and technology around clear outcomes. I’m particularly interested in how complex institutions simplify, scale, and adapt without losing sight of the people doing the work.

My leadership style is practical, people-first, and focused on performance. I believe strong organizations are built through clarity, trust, disciplined execution, and an honest understanding of what needs to change.

I’ve led large-scale modernization initiatives, managed significant organizational scope, and supported executive decision-making across digital transformation, AI, service design, and operating models.

What matters most to me is building organizations that are modern, effective, and human: easier to navigate, stronger in delivery, and better prepared for change.

I believe strong organizations are built through clear direction, operational discipline, and respect for the people doing the work. Whether leading enterprise transformation, service modernization, or cross-functional teams, I focus on creating the conditions for performance, trust, and sustained progress.

    • Served as Chief Information Officer at Shared Services Canada, leading digital operations, governance, data, and transformation priorities at enterprise scale

    • Led major modernization initiatives across contact centres, conferencing, service management, and digital workplace services

    • Managed large teams, budgets, and complex organizational scope, with responsibility for performance, workforce planning, and enterprise outcomes

    • Supported executive decision-making on digital transformation, AI, service design, and operating models across large, complex environments

  • I’m interested in the future of enterprise technology, but I’m equally interested in the conditions that make transformation succeed: trusted leadership, clear governance, effective operating models, and services that work for the people who rely on them.

    I care about building organizations that are not only more digital, but also more human—better aligned, easier to navigate, and better able to deliver meaningful results.
